Get to know me Q&A style
Q: What are you doing now? How did you get there?
A: I’m a Design Specialist for The UPS Store, helping clients with their design and print needs. I got there after my first year of college, trying to get experience where I could. Through that I discovered that I enjoy getting to know my clients through their needs, knowing the audience and addressing the problem head on.
Q: what aspects of design are you most passionate about and why?
A: I am most passionate about helping a brand invent/reinvent themselves. Collaborating to create a system of touchpoints and design attributes that work together to convey a brand’s mission and values. I also enjoy being hands-on in the process, while I love strategizing, I’m a designer at the end of the day.
Q: What do you consider your biggest weakness professionally?
A: I often focus very closely on details and sometimes have to remind myself that both are equally important, no matter what I’m working on.
